The answer may be a big "NO" but there are foods that can help you reduce the risk of ever getting diagnosed with Cancer.
There are plenty of causes for cancer but in many cases, it is to do with dietary habits. Therefore choices you make in diets over a period of time are vital for the long run. Consistency in a healthy diet is key to preventing the risk of cancer.
Here are some foods that help in reducing the risk of cancer:
1. Fresh Veggies such as spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, kale, Brussels sprouts, tomatoes, etc.
2. Fresh fruits such as apples, grapefruit, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
3. Pules such as dry beans, peas, lentils
4. Nuts and whole grains
Mediterranean diet is also a very good choice as it includes fresh fruits and vegetables, seafood, dairy, and olive oil that reduces the risk of cancer, especially breast cancer.
